Countryside Hospital

"I was Very happy with my stay at this facility. The actual surgery stay was a pleasant and uneventful stay. Everyone was just as nice and personal as they could be. I have visited for some follow up procedures and people remembered me. They are all very personable. "

Brad A. Case

"Dr. Brad Case and Staff are an 11 on a scale of 1-10. From day one when I went for my first visit with Lisa, I felt at home with them. Not only do they have a manner of professionalism, they have the knowledge that you want a surgeon and his staff to have. Dr. Case has always been honest and up front about my health. Doing all the preop testing we found out that I was severly anemic. I had to do Iron IV treatments for two months before Dr. Case would perform the surgery. I was disappointed to say the least. Dr. Case and his staff helped me see why it would be a good idea to wait till my iron was were it needed to be. They helped me through the disappointment. Dr. Case and his staff emphasize on a good before and aftercasre program. They make sure they know you inside and out before surgery. No surprises when he is operating. The aftercare is even better. Dr. Case holds a support group every month, which he and his staff attends. This group has also started to feel like family. Great ideas come out of the meetings. Overall if you are looking for a competent team that has the upmost professionalism with a family feel, then call Dr. Cases office. Lisa, Eileen, and Julie are absolutely wonderful. Thank you all. "
