"Dr. Jones was really nice. He had a great bedside manner. He was really patient and informative. He seemed to really care about his patients. His staff were nice and helpful. His assistant, Leah, was great. She was alot of help before and after. I felt comfortable with Dr. Jones from the first seminar. He just seemed so friendly and comfortable and he was even more after I started seeing him. He just put me really at ease about the whole thing. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I think a great bedside manner is as important as his competence because this a very stressful and major operation."
