"I only had one bad night where I felt that the nurse on duty was "too busy" and did not respond to me well. I got up to use the bathroom in the night and he had to unhook me from everything, but the second time I requested to use the bathroom he did not want to unhook me so I had to use a bedpan. I hated that, it would have been better to get up and walk, but he did not want to take off the leg compression boots, I realize they are busy at night (less staff), but I did expect more assistance. All the other shifts were great"
"My first impression of Dr. Schrope was that she was very young, but after spending time with her and discussing my surgery I was very impressed. I work for a surgeon and I knew a lot about the surgery before my appointment, so I had high expectations. Dr. Schrope was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. Every in the office was excellent and even when I was very nervous about having to wait for an appointment, they were able to get me in sooner due to a cancelation. The nutritionist and nurse explained everything and I feel that I am ready to go."
