"Dr. Simonowitz is professional and matter of fact on first meeting (consultation appt). But I learned from other patients of his, through an online support group, that he responds well to questions.
For my pre-op visit I went prepared with a list of questions and found him patient, warm and engaging. What a difference being more prepared on my part made.
He emphasizes sticking religiously to his recommended progression of food and exercise for maximum results. Since that is what I want I intend to follow his recommendations closely. Other than giving you the information and scheduling some follow-up visits, he does not have a structured aftercare program.
