"My first impression of him was he was very well organized he has this down to a science. i was so impressed. First when I got the office the staff was very well organized, while I sat down and filled out paperwork one woman came and asked me a couple of questions then she went back and typed up a form for me to fill. Afterwords they helped to make sure insurance was approved and had me pay up front. It was a very efficiently run office. You could tell they where very busy however they where still very nice and considerant. Me and my husband arrived about 30 minutes before time which was good because my doctor had not faxed a complete copy of records so i called and got them to fax while i was there and they did. My appointment time was for 1030 and at 1035 I was taken back and weighed. then we watched the video with one other patient and her son. Then I met the doctor. The doctor was upfront about side effects but also about benefits. he said if this was something I wanted to do, they would send information off for approval. Once approved they would set up surgery 3 wks from that date and during that 3 wks I would have pre op test and attend 3 classes, one for nutrion, one for nursing and another for behavior changes. The nurse Debbie was impressed with the amount of information i had ready for them. So so far so good I am excited and am on my way. I just hope that I can write as good as review about my insurance shortly We will see"
"Dr Miller has been my PCP for several years. I was very nervous as I went to see him today because I was requesting that he refer me to a surgeon to see about this procedure. He was very open minded and new about this procedure. He asked questions such as he first wanted to know did I understand what the complications could be. After I said yes and explained them he was willing to foward me on for a consulation to the doctor. He stated once I saw the doctor and the doctor faxed back what type of procedure he would prefer for me that he would support me on my decison. Granting that the procedure was a known and valid one. "
