When you Go for your initial consult with Dr Shina, Make sure you have the following :
A list of your medications that you've been taking, (including the dosage), your insurance card and booklet, and a list of questions you need answers to. I went ahead and got a copy of my medical records, but they apparently didnt need them.
The only thing i'm concerned about is "after care". I live in Henderson and Louisville is a good distance away. So i'm worried if something happens here, i might not be able to get in to see him quickly enough.

Well, I'd say both, but since we're not all that lucky, Surgical competance rules. I'd rather deal with a rather obnoxious doctor than a doctor that was messing with my insides without knowing what he was doing :)"
