"I called my insurance and switched to Dr. Llorente. I found him to be a very nice man and went out of his way to explain everything to me in detail. The Office staff are very nice. Diana has been taking care of most of my things and she is sweet and helpful. I havent met DeAnna but she sounds like a person that knows her job and she has frequently put my fears to rest about not getting authorization for surgery. I do wish that call-backs would be more of a timely manner, but I know that I am not the only one that they are dealing with. I "try" to be patient. I have completed my Psych consult with Dr. Koelle. He was very nice and asked lots of questions about my expectations, etc... He was also nice and seemed gentle mannered. I am going this Monday for my Internist Consult with Dr. Kenneth Roth."
