WOW! How exciting for you. I can't wait till I lose that much. I am only 7 days post-op and am anxious to get back to work so time will pass faster. Glad to hear you've done so well. Keep up the good work.

well 9 months and 125 down. things are leveling off I had a long plateau that lasted forever but I am loosing again. My one year anniversary is quickly approaching. If I don't loose anymore it will be ok, but I expect to loose about 20 more. about 5 lbs a month now.....Wow what a change from 20-30 lbs a month :) I wish you could see the beautiful engaement ring I recieved for Christmas........life is good !!! I sent pics to post on my profile.....check out the smile :)

5 months........drum roll please....105#.....how life is different. I am doing well. I walk 1 1/2 to 2 miles a day. Eating is back to normal foods, actually I eat just about anything I want, just in little amounts. I have a new boyfriend and he is everything I ever wanted, just never had the chance to be with because of my weight problem. I still want to loose 50 more lbs, but I am in a size 18 down from a 34 and I feel normal again. Life is good !!!!

Well today is my 2 month anniversary....wow my life has changed!!! I have dropped about 56 lbs and 10 dress sizes and all my jewlery is falling off. My freinds can't beleive it. I feel great and I even am getting out of this prision I call home and seeing new people and the world. I GOT A JOB!!!! I am working at the most popular salon in Greenville. Me someone who hasn't worked in like 3 years. I feel good and I look good and now I am good. I will never stop being greatful to Dr. Kenneth MacDonald for giving me my life back!!! I am so grateful for modern medicine, because life is worth living. If your pre-op or just researching go for it never doubt or look back.

I AM HOME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW it's done and I feel OK. A little sore and weak but ready for my new life. Thanks to all who encouraged me and sent notes....They touched my heart to know so many cared about me just another name on the list... I am doing well...2 days in the hospital and 2 days now home. I am walking around the house and yard 3 times a day, drinking water and juice and milk (can't handle the Ensure...turns my stomach) but DR. said ok replace it with milk 2%, 1/2 or skim.) I am so excited about my new life and how little pain I feel. I had the morphine drip for 36 hours...then hydrocodine 3 doses but I hated the reaction it gave me...so I take liquid tylonal if I need it but the last dose I had was yesterday (day 3) and now I am on nothing. I had pain in my left side with still some discomfort but my heating pad really helped most of all. God Bless all of you and if your considering this for your self take it from the chicken of all chickens for pain.......it's not that bad and worth having your life back...
