TO ALL MY WONDERFUL FRIENDS, I AM STILL TRYING TO GET MY WHITE BLOOD COUNT UP ,IT IS TAKING A LONG TIME, BUT I KNOW THAT GOD IS IN CONTROL OF WHAT WE DO..I WILL HAVE THIS SURGERY IN THE NEAR FURTURE. MY SPLEEM IS VERY INLARGE AT THIS TIME BUT THEY CAN'T TAKE IT OUT TIL I GET MY BLOOD UP,, I DO HAVE LUPUS ALSO, BUT THAT DON;T WORRY ME . I CAN STILL HAVE THE SURGERY.. JUST KEEP ME IN YOUR PRAYERS AND I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED..JENNIFER

Hey Jenny...You are on the right track...GOD...just keep the faith and he does work miracles everyday!! I am Susy's friend and I see you at the support group meetings. I will be praying for you and KEEP THE FAITH FOR GOD IS GOOD!!

HELLO TO ALL, THIS IS JENNIFER, I WOULD LIKE TO THANK EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU THAT SENT ME A CARD AND PRAYED FOR ME.. I KNOW THAT GOD HAD TO BE IN IT , CAUSE IF DR, GOLDMAN HADN'T BEEN SUCH A GREAT DOCTOR , AND CHECKED MY BLOOD LIKE HE DID, I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN HERE TODAY,, MY BLOD WAS SO LOW THAT HE SAID I WOULD HAVE DIED ON THE TABLE,I THANK GOD AND HIM FOR ALWAYS BEING SO GOOD. I WENT TO THE DOCTOR TODAY [MAY 21] AND THEY ARE CHECKING MY SPLEEM AND ALSO MY LIVER,THEY SAY THEY MAY NEED TO DO A BONE MERL ALSO. I PRAY THAT DON'T HAVE TOO,, YOU ALL PRAY ALSO.WITH EVERY ONE PRAYING I KNOW GOD WILL HANDLE IT ... I GO BACK TO GET THE RESAULTS FROM THE DOCTOR NEXT WEDNESDAY.. DR. GOLDMAN SAID IF MY SPLEEM NEEDS TO BE REMOVED HE CAN DO THIS THE SAME TIME HE DOES THE WLS.. THAT WOULD BE GREAT.. SO I AM GOING TO HAVE THIS SURERY REAL SOON. I HAVE CAME TO FAR NOW TO BE TURNED AWAY..AND GOD UNDERSTANDS HOW I FEEL.. AGAIN THANK EVERYONE OF YOU... JENNIFER TACKETT [5-21-03]

Jennifer, I do hope you get your platlets up and get your surgery rescheduled as soon as possible. I was there this morning and will be there again. I am keeping you in my prayers and wish you the best. We are all here for you, Jennifer Rider

Hi, Jennifer's surgery was cancelled this morning. She was taken back to the pre-op room and they came in and told her the platelet level was too low, down to 70. Hopefully she can get this taken care of and reschedule fr later. Possibly the spleen will need to be removed. We'll know more when more results are back. Keep Jenny in your prayers, this was so hard, the waiting, bowel prep, getting to the hospital early and now this, what next. God's timing is always right so we will leave it in his hands. Thanks.

Amos family, Tomorrow at 7 Jennifer leaves for Cabell Huntington hospital and her surgery is at 9, please continue praying for Jenny and I'll update as soon as possible. This Amos family is awesome and very appreciated. Thanks and God Bless.
