Hi everyone! Thank you so much for your prayers and good wishes. I had a very successful surgery and am feeling pretty good. A little tired at times, but I think that's normal. I get this fun little drain out tomorrow then it's back to work on Wednesday. Your support has been truly appreciated.

Hello all....One more update, I just came home from the Bariatric 500. I swear....all the "NEWBIES" were racing down the halls at record speeds! Well, Annette will be released this evening after her dinner meal. Yippee! She looks FABULOUS! Welcome to the lighter side sweetie and you will love yourself so much for this. Remember....SIP, SIP, SIP, WALK, WALK, WALK, VITAMINS, VITAMINS, VITAMINS, & PROTEIN, PROTEIN, PROTEIN....I know that I sound like such a broken record...but.....anyway, I am sure that Annette will be making her own postings VERY SOON! Hello AMOS friends! Just thought that I would drop everyone a line in regards to Annette. Her surgery was moved up to around 12:30 today and she was out around an hour later. I went and visited with her on her first walking adventure. She was up and walking the halls at 5:30 this evening. She looks great and is doing VERY well. The doctor suggests that she will probably be released sometime tomorrow if all goes as planned! Yippee! So glad that everything went ok! Tomorrow, I will be visiting with her and her mother-in-law....we will make sure to have her out in the halls in our very own custom "Bariatric Boot Camp!"lol. Everyone, please welcome Annette to the lighter side! Congratulations Annette on your surgery and look forward to your future postings of your progress and our future shopping endeavors! (((HUGS!)))

Hey everyone....Sheryl here....Annette's angel...well, I truly cannot believe that Annette's big day is just around the corner! I will be letting everyone know as soon as I hear how all goes. I KNOW she will do very well because she is so positive and has me and her mother in law...Sargent Shirley. We will definately be putting her through "WALKING BOOT CAMP!!!" Although now we have to remind her about the correct way to use breathing thingy.....there is an inside joke about that...Annette...I will be nice and not disclose that! lol. Therefore, everyone give Annette some support and get your fingers typing....Let her know you are there for support. This time next week she will be well on her way to the losing side!
