My second visit was 2/22/01. I was thrilled to go to Dr. Felix's seminar because I found out that I was approved that day!! My impression had changed greatly from the first visit to the second. I was approved so Dr. Felix went from being a nice Doctor to being wonderful!
Dr. Felix's office is VERY busy. That was a good thing for me because if his office was empty I would have had some second thoughts. The staff works hard to get you seen and get you out of the office. All the post-op patients talk about Rosemary but Sandi has been a heavensend to me. Thank you Sandi!
Future patients should know that Dr. Felix's and his staff work hard on getting you seen by the Doctor. They also work very hard on getting you approved by your insurance.
Dr. Felix lets you know what is expected from you in the beginning. If you do not agree with his aftercare program he will refer you to another Doctor.
Dr. Felix does have a structured aftercare program.
Dr. Felix sends you a complete booklet about the surgery before you even meet him. He explains the risk during the seminar and during your consultation.
I have not had my surgery yet but so far I would rate Dr. Felix an eight(1 to 10)!
I feel that surgical competence is the most important but having good bedside manner never hurts."
