"The Synthrax brand Matrix 5.0 protein mix has really helped me lose weight pre-op! I use it as a meal replacement at least one time if not twice per day. The taste is great for a powdered drink! I have had it with water and with milk. I prefer milk because it makes it thicker. I have friends who use the Vanilla flavor in smoothies with fruit! Great Product."
