My name is Amy. I am happily married to my grade school sweetheart for almost 11 years now. We have 4 beautiful children. (10,9,6,4) I am actively involved in Girl Scouts and Cub Scouts. We are very involved in our childrens activities.
I have been obese now for about 17 years now and have been waiting to have LAP Band Surgery. I finally got approved and am excited about finally having it done ;)
I love my family and want to make sure that my kiddos have their MoMMy for a very long, long time :)
