Seriously. One minute I am feeling fine, feeling excited and getting back into routine then the next WHAM! tears, fears and a feeling of being overwhelmed.

What were you eating at a week to two weeks post-op? I am struggling finding EXACT guidelines. What my doctor has outlined is so different than a dear friend of mine's and then when I go Googling I get all kind of mixed ideas.
