I have been doing good.  I am down a total of 35 lbs since my surgery, 55 lbs total.  I have been exercising, and eating right, and then on jan 13th, the day after my birthday, disaster strikes............

I had to be taken to the hospital.  I was informed that I had a UTI, a massive kidney stone (along with several others with it), and to top it all off........drum roll please........gallstones.  So they put a stent in my kidney, making an appointment to get rid of the kidney stones, and have been put on light duty.  So no bike rides, no weightlifting and no strenious activity.  

This sucks, but what can I do?  Been doing Tai Chi and walking.  That is about all I can do at the moment.  

well, january 12th will be my birthday.  i will be 29 years old and it will be one month since my surgery.  my friends and family keep asking me how much i have lost.  i have been keeping it a secret till my birthday  , i refuse to tell anyone.  they are a little upset but will get over it.  i like to surprise people and this is a good one.  now, i have to get off this computer and start a little of , this is getting easier and easier to do also.
