"My overall opinion of BTC is excellent. I have to say that i did not like sharing a bathroom with 4 other patients though and there was a time in the middle of the night that i rang the nurse for my pain meds and was made to wait 30 minutes. The reason i said my experience was not restful was because my roommate was extremely ill and could not move alone. Staff was constantly in the room assiting her and she was yelling and screaming from pain. Readers should know that this patient weighed probably 600lbs and required extreme care. "
"Dr. Kaczmarski was extremely professional. He was also very patient with me. I asked many questions and he spent over an hour with me. Office staff was fine. Nothing special in my opinion. They just seemed busy. "
