"When I found out that I could see about the surgery at UMDNJ I was sooo happy, because my only other option seemed to be Cherry Hill, NJ which is wayyy far from Jersey City. I didn't know anyting about Dr. Bale and so I was looking forward to going to the office and meeting her and her staff. They immediately made an impression on my with their kindness. Teresa is the BOMB! She is the greatest. I still feel that way and EVERYONE that mentions an interest in the surgery, I send them Dr. Bale's way. There's nothing that I didn't like about Dr. Bale and the staff, everything is all good. Dr. Bale follows up with patients for 3 years after, and I have to admit, the last couple month's I have slacked up because I am back at work, but I am going tomorrow to see her. She made me feel comfortable, disclosed everything to me, invited family and friends to come with me to appiontments, and answered all of my questions. She took good care of me in the operating room and after the surgery. She came to see me every day. I am so grateful to God for Dr. Bale and I pray God's blessings over her life! I know people say that 100% positive reviews may be suspect, but I really have nothing bad to say at all. I even bothered Dr. Bale sooo much in the weeks after my surgery about foods I could try, stuff I could have and she always answered. If she couldn't get to the phone, Teresa conveyed the message and got back to me with an answer. Absolutely THE BEST!"
