I year anniversary

Nov 11, 2009

I can't believe I am at one year out.  I've lost 100 pounds.  When stated that simply it means I am a success.  Doesn't matter if I thought I should lose more or not, doesn't matter if I didn't do everything the correct way.  Bottom line, a year later, I am 100 pounds lighter and that alone makes the surgery worth it!  Now, as of today, I have a new fresh start again, and I am focusing on dropping 35 more pounds.  I can do it!!  I will do it!  3 separate times I've dropped 60 pounds with Weight Watcher's, when I was younger I'd dropped 30 pounds on Weight Watcher's.  I am now so close to a "normal" size that I will succeed!
