"I had two big issues. One was the roommate from hell, and the other was the amount of time it took escort to get me from place to place. I was given approval to go to the support group since it was held the night after my surgery. Escort was called about 25 minutes before the class, and when they had not come nearly 50 minutes later (and while my roommate's family was physically threatening each other in the hallway!) I walked to the class, pushing a heavy IV pole with 2 pumps on it. Fortunately, one of the nurses going off duty offered to push it for me. (Thanks, Brian!)"
