Mental challenge to weight status change - I have notice that I am not the only one that has reached my goal, gone below my goal, and now above my goal. Some of what I have read I find it very encouraging bc it's like yall ...

How do you count it ? - If I drink a powerade... Do I count that as a snack? Bc it has calories? Or part of my liquid/ water intake? I am tracking everything on OH !!! Thanks in advance!
