Im a 35 year old wife and mother of four step-children. I work as a nurse Full-time and run around with my kids to all of their activities full-time. I became overweight gradually after high school 
. I just recently peaked at my highest weight this year. Im so tired of being overweight and tired of illness. I can not wait to have this surgery to start my life over and possably start my own family soon.
