"Well, I have only had my initial visit with him, but first of all, he seems genuine. The meeting wasn't a typical doctor's meeting. He was very thorough in helping me to understand the importance of being ready for the life-altering event. He is friendly, and what I have found out from his patients, his bed-side manner is awesome.
As for the office staff, his "front" woman is not friendly and really doesn't have what it takes to deal with the obese patients that go in there. We don't need to be treated special, but have a little heart and help us understand a little better what is going to be needed of us. In my case, she actually laughed while I was on the phone with her because I didn't understand something. She acted like I should already know it and made me feel like an imbecil .
