2 weeks out

OK so it has been 2 weeks since my vsg. I have had some problems. Mostly my fault but I have lost 11 pounds. Never before could I say that I lost 11 pounds in 2 weeks. My main regret is that I waited almost 40 years to do this for myslef. I have no idea why I waited so long. I am determined to start living my life for me and now I have a toll to help me do this. If anyone out there would like a weight loss buddy I would certainly be happy to have you as mine. I need all the help I can get and I'm no longer ashamed or afraid to ask for it
