My RNY surgery is scheduled for Friday Sep 25 at 1:30 pm
I am a fortysomething wife, and a mother to two grown boys. I have been overweight my entire life and have struggled to maintain a manageable weight. I love the outdoors and a few of my hobbies are gardening, biking, and camping.
I decided to have surgery 2 1/2 years ago and was denied by my insurance the first go round. After two years of trying to lose the weight on my own, unsuccessfully, I started the process again and with a more thorough approach (sleep study done) was approved for RNY.
I'm looking forward to a more healthy and active lifestyle!!
