"I really like Dr. Pohl because he is honest and right to the point. He doesn't sugar-coat things, he's very upfront when explaining things.
His office staff however, could stand to improve. You really have to stay on top of things that are left in their hands. You must do many follow-up calls to make sure insurnaces are contacted, test results are in, etc.
You should know that Dr. Pohl always puts the patients interest above anything else, and that he has the highest respect from every hospital employee that I came in contact with.
Aftercare is something you will have to make the effort to be involved in.
