I am feeling wonderful down 100 pounds now and it has been 7 months. I can hardly believe that I ever had that much extra weight on me. I feel much happier and have alot more energy to play with my nieces. Also it will be nice to be able to go to my son's graduation from High School and not feel like a big fat blob. take care one and all.

Cathie, Congrats on being a "LOSER"...I had surgery with Dr. Owens 08/20/2002 and I have lost 120 lbs, and I am at goal.....130lbs! What an exciting time for you, Enjoy your new beginning!

Hello one and all. I came home from the hospital yesterday and Im feeling pretty good. Very sore in my back though and tring to get use to haveing this drainage site. But it comes out on next tuesday thank goodness. My doctor did a wonderful job and I dont have any regretts at all. hope everyone is fine and thanks for all the support I can now say I'm on the losing side. :)

So close to a new you and so many emotions! I haven't had mine yet but am hoping for this summer. My thoughts are with you before,during, and after. Keep up with the posts. They do help. With each reply you get there are 10 others you have helped or touched in some form or way. Listen to your peers and mostly your Dr. and support group. they know what you need. I'll be watching for those updated posts!
