I am finally feeling 100% better! Sure took me awhile. I have lost 65 pounds! And I feel SUPERB!! I can bend over and pick things up off the floor without being embarrassed because I cant reach it! I still can not eat a lot but maybe thats normal. I am getting use to that. I found I can eat Wi Cheese soup hope thats not a bad thing.
I go for my 3 month checkup Nov. 7th so we'll see what the doc says.

This is my first attempt to keep a log of what I am eating etc. Today did not go well at all! I am still having problems getting down the fluids I need to each day, and getting the protein in each day I should be.
Today I decided to make a poached egg and put a small piece of ham in my George Foreman Grill. Well I took 2 very tiny bites of ham dipped in my egg and it hurt really bad, so I decided I was done. Mixed up some protein drink and that even hurt to swollow. I ended up sitting on the side of my bed for about 10 minutes in pain, wondering if I should go to the doctor or wait it out. Then I started getting nauseous and went to the bathroom and threw up. This is the first time in 6 1/2 weeks that I have gotten sick! But instantly I felt better. What I decided was I am NOT doing ham anymore!
I am really having trouble trying to decide what I should eat and how much. If anyone knows how much a person at just about 7 weeks should be eating at a meal please let me know.
