I've been overweight or obese my entire life. Been fighting the good fight since joining Weight Watchers the first time in the 4th grade. I had VSG surgery on 6/23/15. It's not a magic wand but definitely a BIG leg up. Reached a Normal BMI 10.5 months later. I've never been a normal BMI in my life. I followed my Doctor and Nutritionist's advice and stayed the course. Amazed and grateful... and I feel fantastic!
