Standing still for 18 months now weighing 138kg o no not even surgery worked for me sad sad....

Just popped in to let everyone know its going slow but I have lost 44kgs. Not what I expected but hey I will get there

feeling alot better!!

8weeks post op and im just standing still!!! Drinking water excercising and eating right how is this possible!!
Was my surgery a failure?????

I have lost 12kg in the first month ...since then only 5 or 6 depending some mornings i weigh 166.7kg and then the very next day 168.7kg

Im totally at wits end

Well the surgery has come and gone...and I'm feeling just fine. The only thing painfull is the big stitches the Dr put in to keep my Cut from opening. And they are coming out today.
I am not sick and on the puree stage of my diet,so I'm very lucky.
Would I do it again? MOST DEFinately!! I have lost just about 10kg so far and I'm very gratefull for the Lord who helped me through this ...the start of a new healthier me.
My family has been just great supporting me all the way.
As for my Dr. thanks!!! Dr.Vermaak u are a great man and I would recommend him to anyone.
Thanks to all my friends who kept me in there prayers and supports me...you're the best!

Hi there its Monday 17 November, That means 10 more days to go....
im excited and scared and feeling pretty much every emotion in the book!
Im so excited getting " RECONSTRUCTING CHERYL"  started!
Im currently weighing 184kg i think thats about  405pounds so I have a long journey ahead of me
Thanks to this great site its wonderfull to have people who understand what im going through..
