Help.....People are starting to notice already

omg I went up to my job today and saw my coworkers and every one was asking me questions like did you get a tummy tuck or a butt lift and I'm like why would you ask me that and they were like because u look smaller in your face and your stomach and I was just like what ??? I only lost 20 pounds so far I still felt I looked the same. They don't know about my surgery but the questions were too much I had to go. How do you sleevers who have kept your surgery on the down low deal with all the questions? I don't like to lie but I don't want people in my business. HELP......
