196lbs! and laryngitis!

thanks for the call deb! and the e-mails amy.i am doing good and feeling like aside from taking off 64lbs ...that i have removed 5 yrs off of my age! i feel great.
i know to the average person 196lbs sounds like a hefer...but i feel fantastic...dare i say attractive?!
confidence is what is attractive to me...so nice to have it back...i missed that dear old friend.
it was nice to HAVE to go buy smaller bras & panties! yeah...nothing wierd like butt floss...just some good ol' single digit panties...and some bras that didn't have 5-6 hook & eyes in the back!
i even had to buy smaller scrub tops...that was GREAT!
i also do not stress that i am going to break the damned pedicure/spa chair!
thankful and greatful are my daily words to myself...it radiates beyond me and to my family...life was good and it is even better now. i hope the new year finds all of my OH family well and happy.
