"I love Dr. Hong, he is by far one of the best doctors I have ever had. I would recommend him highly to anyone who is interested in having gastric bypass or any abdominal surgery. He is very friendly and has a great bedside manner. I have met all the surgeons in this practice and I really like them all. He is very knowledgeable, asked me lots of questions and made sure I understood everything. When I had complications he was there every step of the way and came to see me at least once if not twice a day while I was in the hospital, even on weekends he was there. He also would call my mom and update her, going so far as to give us his own personal cell phone number in case I had problems or questions. He is very cautious and really cares about his patients. The office staff at Oregon Weight Loss surgery are all fabulous. Any questions I had were answered right away, when ever I call with a problem I get a call back within a couple hours. They did all the work for me regarding my insurance. "
