I can't believe it is six years. I have gone from 335 and now I weigh 218. I haven't gained any weight in years. I feel great and have been remarried for four years to a beautiful woman fifteen years younger than me. I also have a three year old son who make me very happy. Life is good. Very few problems from the surgery. I do get full very easily still and I do still take B12. I walk a lot and still park a long way from stores etc. so I get extra exercise. My life is so different than it was when I was obese. I will always fell compassion for those that are fat because I know how they feel. Thank You to all those that supported me. God Bless you all.
