Didn't realize I hadn't posted since my year check up all was great..labs were great and I was 5lbs below my goal..I have lost 85% of my excess and Vanessa (nurse) said that was exceptional since the surgery would help with 70%-75%..This morning I am down another 4 lbs..not really trying to lose anymore but it is better than going the other way..Now the real work begins keeping it this way..so far so good...
