Hi Friends,

I am feeling much better today. The surgery went well and they are also able to fix an hernia. That bloated feeling with all that air has gotten much better. I am walking as much as I can. Sipping on my water and drinking two shakes a day. My energy level is starting to pick up a bit, which helps. Looking forward to being completely healed and losing this weight
