"I'm just starting my journey and thus far have had good interaction with Dr Warnock and staff. My consultation was mid December and a month later have a surgery date. Dr Warnock was very thorough during the consultation. I have researched wls for 4 years and monitored 20 people that have had the surgery and had little questions or concerns but he took the time to detail out the entire surgery and aftercare program to ensure he knew that I understood. He was very upfront about the possiblity of complications, death, and a complete change of life. Never to be the same again--life as I've known it. He wanted to make sure I was not jumping into something I was not 100% sold on. He stressed over and over again that the surgey is not magic it was only a tool. We still have to watch what we eat and exercise. I am afraid that Dr Warnock is so busy that he may wear himself out but never did he give me the impression that I was just another paycheck."
