Spoke too soon.

The evening on 06/23/2011, I introduced something new to my diet - spinach.  Tasted great and I felt good.

About 12:30 a.m. on 06/24/2011, I woke up with the foamies.  This lasted for 3 hours.  Not only the foamies, but the other end also.

Guess I just wasn't ready for spinach.
