Weekly Meal Planner form I use daily...a MUST have for me!!!

I use this form to record my weekly meal plan, grocery list based off of that plan, beginning and end of weight each week, food eaten, total protein/carbs/sugars/fats/calories/water per day, feelings/struggles etc., daily exercise, and grand totals each week of intake.

I use one to plan then another to record what I actually consume/exercise, with the goal being they match up pretty darn closely! 

When the week is over, I staple them together and put them in the back of my Weekly Meal Planner binder.  A great way to look back and see what food bothered you, whether I got enough calories, etc., ideas for meals in the future, weight loss progression, etc.

Ok, hmmmmmmmm, after saying all of that does anyone know if we can upload a word document???
