It's a bright sunny day and I am feeling wonderful! My days are filled with "regular" activity that I haven't been able to do in years. I have so much more energy it's amazing. But at the end of the day my back is killing me and I need to rest. I guess all those sleeping muscles are now coming to life and fighting back.........lol. My husband can't believe how much energy I have and how I feel. I can't believe how much I depended on him to do the things that I was unable to do. I give him an extra hug every day!I even mowed the lawn..........although I hope NOT to make a habit of it......LOL, but it was great just being able to do so!
