Hard to believe it has been almost 2 years since my surgery!!  I stay very busy, working 2 jobs and being a Maw Maw, don't have much time for anything else!!  I have lost 97 pounds and feel pretty good!!   I am very glad I had this surgery, without it I surely would not be able to hold up to 2 jobs!!

Well she is here!! A beautiful, healthy baby girl!! Jordin Nicole Hawks 7lbs 2 1/2 oz and 21" long. She has a head full of dark hair.  
It has been 7 months since my surgery and I have slowed down on weight loss.  Total loss is 68lbs and I want to lose about 35 more.  Need to get more protein, water and more walking I guess.  

Hard to believe it is end of July already and I am 3 months post op!  I had to have 2 EGDs done because I had a stricture at 4 weeks out.  Could not eat or drink anything at all, ended up in ER for IV fluids before I could get in to get the scope done.  I seem to be doing good now (knock on wood).  I have lost 30" and 49lbs from my highest weight!!.  The grandbaby is a girl and is due in November.  I am so excited!!  I hope and pray everything goes well and she is fine.

I got approval for my surgery today!!!  April 24 is the date!!  I am nervous, excited and scared.   I also just found out that I am going to be a Grandma!!  Two exciting  things in same week, hope all goes well with both!!!!
