Started back at the gym yesterday. Feeling tired and "old" today. Enjoying the classes at the gym - currently down 71 pounds.

Tomorrow will be 4 months since my surgery. I have currently lost 68 pounds. (only lost 1 pound this past week ) Kids go back to school soon so I hope I will be able to go to the gym more.
