March 25th: After 5 years and ten days have gone up to 174...lasted 4 hours on pouch test...trying again today. Have got to get at 160.

lets see how this works..Its 7:30 am I am planning to drink 2 super advanced why protein drinks today,
turn on some music and dance while cleaning the house
some simple excercise...I think I will stick to that for the day. Lets see how things work out.

I weigh 185...so up 35 from low BUT Last weigh in august 2011 I was up to 205 so I see it as down 20!!!!! Low carbing it since November. losing 5 lbs a month is fine with me! :--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Low carbing still ( not too low but low enough to lose) Today is 4 26 2013 I weigh 179....truly content with this way of eating. Today is November 22nd 2013 I am still doing the low carbing. I just consider to be the way I eat now. I enjoy it still very much. Today I weigh 159.

Today is March 20th, 2015 I got reminder of wls anniversry. I am still living on low carb diet. I weigh 149. I am 5'7 and larger boned so 149 is the lowest I should ever be. The low carb living is what works for me, for sure.
Today is 12/2/2020 I am at 149 and have held steady there since 2015. Low carbing when needed. Weight loss surgery with lower carbs was the answer for me.
