Happy New Year everyone.

Well next sunday at this time I will have done my race. I have done the training so it now comes down to race day.
Monday- 30 minutes swim doing 6 easy sprints of 50 meters
Tues 45 easy run and my trainer will be there so she will make

Hi Hope everyone had a good week. My training this weekend was the pits. Got my swim in and got onto the bike and it rained than today I got a flat on the bike and for the first time in my life I had to change the tube. Than I nearly fall on my run. Ho

My training is going well but my nerves are starting to get to me for this race. It is not until Sept but i usually get nervous about a month out and by race day my nerves settle down. Hope it goes that way again

Hi I am so thrilled today. I rode 70k on a very hilly route and rode one of the worst hills around this area. I made it up and so proud. Rode through hail, rain lightning strong winds and I did it in 3 hours 35 minutes.
