I think I'm depressed

I have had issues with my eating all weekend, and I either ate too much of my frozen entree lunch,  or something because I went running to the bathroom to throw up.  I'm swollen and achy. I think I had no idea how bad the swelling would be. I am really uncomfortable when I'm sitting at my desk at work.  Right now my garment is so tight am thinking about going to the bathroom to unzip the sides.

 I'm tired all the time .

My sister still hasn't even said anything to me about my surgery. It hurts my feelings. The other day she dropped her son off to visit and didn't even park. 

I need to go back to the gym this week but I'm worried about hurting myself, my incision on my tummy isn't closed up all the way.
