OK, so today it is exactly 7 months since my surgery. I have my 6 month appt on Friday, weird I know but oh well. Anyway, been at the same weight now for about 2 months give or take a lb or 2. I guess I need to pump up the volume or something. Don't know if I am on schedule with the Dr. or behind, guess I will find out on Friday. I am still losing inches it appears because even though the scale fluctuates within those same few lbs I seem to be getting smaller in my pants size or maybe it's just the stores...who knows. I bought some dress slacks yesterday at Maurices and they were a 9 (which I have others of that size) anyway, didn't try them on and took them home. I put on a pair this AM for work and they swallowed me. I am going to have to exchange them for at least a 7..OMG, did I say a 7..WOW. Just having single digits makes me happy. I wish all clothing was standard though, so I would really know what size I wore. Usually in the better clothing lines the sizes are much smaller, so I was quite surprised by the slacks yesterday (well this AM). Anyway I am holding steady at around 145, I wanted to be at least 133 by now, that would be the standard 20lbs the first month and 10 lbs each after that...so by my standards I am behind. But I am OK with my progression thus far. I just need to push myself a little harder. Anyway, when I go to the Dr. on Friday I will check in and let everyone know about my bloodwork.God Bless
