I know, I know..  This is Feb 6, 2013.  What happened???   I couldn't get on here for a while, opened a new account but without all the history, which is an amazing journey.  I just had my 7 year surgerversary  My lowest weight was 123, but I looked like I had cancer.  My favorite weight is 135 since I am 56, that just looks healthy for me.  I weigh 150 now and I'm serious about getting back to 135.  I haven't had sugar in 35 days.  I wish I could remember that I can't play with sugar.  I am hoping if I go back and read this every week, I will remember.  I find so much help on this website and need to remember that I am never going to have a normal relationship with food. Anyway, here I am!
