I am a 35year old mother of 3 boys: 11, 10 and 5 and have hypothyroid, hypertension, insulin resistance and fatty liver. i never thought this would be my story because I love to exercise and I am pretty healthy compared to most people. I am ready to get my life back and see the person that is hiding underneath all these layers. I am excited to get back to enjoying all the activities I used to do before the weight limited me. I cant wait to fit into any chair and have space left over, to feel good about how I look and to be able to buy clothes at any store. I know this is the beginning of great things to come.
