25 Reasons that I want to lose weight and keep it off...

Many of these things I can do without losing weight but I won't...and that's the key. I need to feel comfortable enough to actually do these things.

1.  I want to start living my life and not continue to stay in the shadows.
2.  I want to be able to travel on airplanes without feeling uncomfortable or using a seatbelt extender.
3.  I want to ride amusement park rides.
4.  I want to walk into a room with confidence and not shame.
5.  I want to cross my legs.
6.  I want to walk up a flight (or 2 or 3) of stairs without feeling like I'm going to die.
7.  I want to be able to have a child and have enough energy to keep up with them.
8.  I want to buy clothing in a regular store.
9.  I want to find my inner athlete.
10. I want to have better sex 
11. I want to wear a bathing suit without a skirt.
12. I want to have energy and not want to sleep all the time.
13. I want to have confidence and not hide from social experiences.
14. I want to be able to tuck in my shirt.
15. I want to wear a belt.
16. I want to wear high heels and skirts and look good! 
17. I want to be approachable.
18. I want to be SEEN.  
19. I want to live a long life.
20. I want to be able to fit into restaurant booths, chairs, all types of seats.
21. I want to go on a zip line.
22. I want to go parasailing.
23. I want to go on a hot air balloon ride.
24. I want to travel the world.
25. I want to live long enough to reinvent myself a few times.
