on the move

at last the scales are moving, I had messed about while my daughter was on holiday, I was so bored at home and lost without her, didnt have meals, just ate sweets!!!! madness!
I done overtime at work to pass my time (and pay my op!) the scales kept moving up and up!
but thats me, motivated and butt kicked well and truely!!!
Iv lost about 8lb this week, so lost all I gained and another 2lb... so reality check done and ready to get going!!!!!
