One Year Later :)
Apr 19, 2010
Here I am - I have made it one year. I am so proud of what I have accomplished. My life is pretty much as normal as can be. I have definetly been one of the lucky ones. I have no food that bothers me too much - just a little icky on the heavy sugars, but in moderation, OK. My eating quantity is pretty good - about 6 oz per meal. I try to focus on the protein, but tend to like the carbs a bit too much, still. At this point my job is to go back to the basics and snack less and watch what I eat at each meal.Oh, thats right, I reached my weight goal of between 135 and 140 and that makes a total of about 115 pounds lost. It also puts me in a normal BMI and in a size medium tops and size 10 pants. Not bad from size 24 and 3x. I can actually shop in real stores now for clothes. I would like to tone up and be in a size 8 pants. May even consider some plastic surgery since I have the loose belly and have gone from a C cup to an A cup - pretty sad.
If anyone has any questions for a veteran, let me know. I would be happy to help out anyone.
Thanks
